Just thought I would share with everyone the final design plans of the Moonlight Community HealthcareCenter- all wonderfully drawn-up and kindly donated by Ian Dyer.
There are three parts to the plans- a floor plan (posted last week), an elevation and plans for the proposed water supply and filter system.
You may note that the water supply system has a few cool elements to it- namely a hot-compost/ solar hot water system feeding two communal showers (which will be available for the entire village to use), and a gravity-fed sand filtration system to provide clean drinking water to the health centre and villagers.
The boys from the Moonlight Foundation will be heading out to Kerausagawara next week, so stay tuned for pictures on the building progress!
Also- stay tuned for a major fundraising announcement over the next week: for those of you in Perth, get prepared for a REALLY fun day out in early May!!!
As always, if you feel compelled to donate to our current fundraising drive then you can do so via: https://fundrazr.com/campaigns/eP5H4
I hope everyone has a safe and happy Easter holiday period,
